Simply Traumatic

By: Canton Minzell

The album "Post Traumatic" by Tee Grizzley starts a bit slow, but gains momentum with the track "Blow for Blow." As the album progresses, Tee Grizzley explores different styles, from sample-based pop-rap on "All I Wanna Do" to hard trap tropes on "More Than Half." He also collaborates with artists like Tink on "Ride or Die" and Future on "Swear to God," showcasing his versatility. Despite its length, "Post Traumatic" offers a cohesive and aesthetically consistent listening experience.

Tee kicks off the album with the music video for "Robbery 8," the latest installment in his fan-favorite series, which has been viewed by millions. The album also includes notable collaborations such as "I Know" with Fridayy, where Tee expresses his emotions through melody, and "Situationship" with Mariah The Scientist, a soulful guitar-infused track. Other collaborations on the album feature G Herbo on "Swerve" and Baby Grizzley on "Pop Shit."
